Who we are.


  • Jake and Danny built Teknique because they'd seen too many people let down by an industry that prioritises profit over progress.

  • Jake holds a first class degree in Strength and Conditioning and is completing his Masters in Physiotherapy. His background spans cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, strength and conditioning coaching and years of working with people at every stage of their fitness journey. He understands the human body — but more importantly he understands the person inside it.

  • Danny brings a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, NLP Practitioner certification, a black belt in Taekwondo and years of martial arts and kickboxing coaching experience. He's the kind of coach who remembers everything — your goals, your struggles, your wins and what you said three sessions ago.
